Individual Therapy

If you need to explore the things you are finding difficult, individual therapy can provide you with a safe space to be heard, seen and valued. It allows you to engage with counselling at your own pace and is consistently personalised to meet individual needs.

As a therapist I work in a relational way that prizes connection and collaboration, with a compassionate curiosity about your experiences and difficulties.
