Therapy

Therapy at Yourstory is relational and collaborative, offering a highly attuned, compassionate space to explore the deeper roots of your anxiety and rebuild a felt sense of safety. I offer both online &  in person support that goes beyond quick fixes or surface-level strategies - valuing depth over speed, meaning over management and safety over performance. 

Anxiety is often complex, hidden and shaped by our lived experiences, relationships, past trauma and how we view the world. Although it rarely fits into a box or category, I specialise in working with specific experiences of complex anxiety that tend to overlap.
